“Finding small opportunities to develop a relationship and show people that they’re valued – that’s where loyalty lies.”

Ali Cudby’s journey to becoming a brand loyalty and customer retention expert started with a trip to England and a transformational bra fitting. The next thing she knew, Ali was the author of a book that detailed a new methodology for bra fitting that is still being used around the world. With a background in strategic marketing and customer loyalty, Ali soon recognized that though many of the lingerie professionals that were certified by her Fab Foundations program were finding a spike in customer satisfaction as a result of their new training, little was being done to cultivate customer loyalty. Ali began consulting her lingerie clients on ways to improve customer retention rates, and soon after founded Your Iconic Brand, a company that helps all business – not just lingerie retailers –  improve retention through customer and employee relations.

Vicki and Kathy talk with Ali about her unlikely journey from satisfied customer to best-selling author, and learn ways businesses can build positive relationships with both customers and employees that boost company success. Listen in to hear Ali’s expert take on which companies are out-performing the rest when it comes to customer retention and for her advice on how to grow your business’ loyalty both internally externally.
