Elevating humanity through business.
As the lexicon for companies engaged in using their business as a force for good continues to evolve, so do the resources for such companies. Conscious Capitalism is one of these resources, working to help create a world in which business is both practiced and perceived as the greatest force for good.
Started in 2010 by John Mackey and Raj Sisodia, Conscious Capitalism believes that free enterprise capitalism is the most powerful economic system for social cooperation and human progress ever conceived – when practiced consciously. Conscious Capitalism produces businesses that are good, ethical, noble and heroic. The organization helps companies become more conscious with transformational experiences that inspire, educate and empower them to elevate humanity through business.
Since its start in 2010, Conscious Capitalism has developed followers all over the world and now has 37 chapters made up of business leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants and others interested in advancing the Conscious Capitalism movement. The organization produces transformational events, workshops, publications and academic research and serves communities by always sticking to the tenets of Higher Purpose, Stakeholder Orientation, Conscious Culture and Conscious Leadership to elevate humanity through business.
Kim Graham Lee, President of the Conscious Capitalism Indianapolis Chapter, focuses her energy, expertise, and passion on expanding the regional footprint of this growing international movement of businesses and leaders. In her role, she aims to educate, inspire and empower herself and those around her to live lives of integrity.
Listen in to hear Kim talk about this growing movement and how Conscious Capitalism can help your business in developing itself as a force for good.
